 PROCUREMENT & SOURCING SPECIALIST

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Dubai and support our growing UAE operations.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of Procurement & Sourcing experience, preferably within the UAE market.

* Strong existing UAE supplier and vendor network will be highly preferred.

* Proven experience in sourcing equipment, vehicles, manpower-related requirements, facilities management materials, PPE, tools, consumables, spare parts, and general operational requirements.

* Strong experience in RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and purchase order management.

* Ability to identify and develop new suppliers, subcontractors, rental companies, and service providers across the UAE.

* Strong commercial negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and cost savings.

* Experience in vendor prequalification, supplier performance evaluation, contract coordination, and procurement documentation.

* Ability to coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Projects, and Management to ensure timely delivery of requirements.

* Strong understanding of procurement controls, approval processes, budgets, and cost optimization.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement systems.

* Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.

* Good command of English; Arabic will be an advantage.

* Experience in Rental, Facilities Management, Manpower, Construction, Industrial Services, Logistics, or Contracting will be highly preferred.

* Must be currently based in the UAE and preferably available for local transfer and immediate joining.
