Reboot is supporting a Dubai-based technology client in identifying top technology talent for a high-impact AI project with the Abu Dhabi Government.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager who can take ownership of complex technology/platform programs and drive delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

* Strong experience managing complex technology/platform programs across multiple teams and stakeholders

* Experience with AI platforms, cloud platforms, or large-scale engineering programs

* Drive delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security and external vendors

* Strong expertise in program governance, dependency management and risk management

* Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements

* Strong ownership of program delivery, timelines, dependencies and outcomes
