Manager- Sales

Hiring: Manager- Sales (2 Position) & Sales Executive (4 Positions) Accountant (2 Position) (Only UAE experience candidates will consider)

Marble & Granite with project Handling & Sales Experience in UAE

Responsibilities & roles: 

Ø Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales.

Ø Revenue, and expense controls.

Ø Meeting planned sales goals.

Ø Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Ø Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Ø Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Ø Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Ø The ongoing training of your sales team.

Ø Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education

Ø Promoting the organization and products.

Ø Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Job Type: Full-time relocate: • Sharjah:

1.   2 to 6-year experience in same category.

2.   English, Hindi / Arabic Language.

3.   Coordinate with General Manager.

4.   Coordinate with accounts department.
