Retail Sales Professional

I’m looking for an experienced Retail Sales Professional – Kitchens & Wardrobes to join our team in the UAE.

This is a specialised role, so the experience matters.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong retail sales experience in Italian kitchens and wardrobes

* Currently living and working in the UAE

* Good understanding of kitchen layouts, finishes, materials, accessories and technical requirements

* Comfortable handling clients from initial consultation through design, quotation, negotiation and closing

* Proficient in relevant kitchen design, planning and quotation software such as Winner Design / Winner Flex, AutoCAD, 2020 or similar platforms

* Strong commercial sense with the ability to convert enquiries into sales

* Experience dealing with premium and luxury clientele is preferred

We are looking for someone who understands that selling a kitchen isn’t simply selling cabinetry. It’s about understanding the space, the client, the design and then bringing all of it together commercially.
