 Insurance Manager – Property & Casualty | General Insurance | Dubai, UAE | Full-time

We are looking for an Insurance Manager - Property & Casualty | General Insurance, to join our Dubai team and own the full client lifecycle from retention and cross-selling to claims consultancy and new business growth.

 

What you'll be doing:

- Managing and growing a portfolio of corporate accounts

- Driving retention, renewals & cross-selling across Lines of Business

- Acting as a trusted advisor on insurance, contractual liability & claims

- Building lasting relationships with clients, insurers & partners

- Hitting KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven market

 

What we're looking for:

- 5–7 years UAE experience in an Insurance Broker or Insurance Company

- Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus)

- Cert CII / DIP CII / AIII preferred

- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills

- A sales-driven mindset with a passion for client success
