Al Maha Properties LLC is looking for a highly organized, proactive and experienced professional to independently handle tenancy renewals and payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai real estate/property management

* Experience in tenancy contract renewals & rent collection follow-ups

* Knowledge of Ejari and tenancy documentation

* Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills

* Organized, detail-oriented and firm with deadlines

* Good English and computer skills

* Bachelor’s degree preferred
