KKonect Us Agency is looking for a confident and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Executive to join our team onsite in Dubai.

💼 Position: Customer Service Executive

🕐 Type: Part-Time

📍 Location: Onsite – Dubai

🪪 Visa: Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls & social media

* Follow up with leads and existing clients

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team

* Schedule meetings and follow-ups

* Maintain excellent customer relationships

* Assist with basic sales coordination and lead management

🔹 Requirements

* Own valid UAE visa

* Excellent communication skills in English

* Customer service or sales experience preferred

* Confident, presentable and professional

* Good knowledge of WhatsApp, social media and basic digital tools

* Ability to work independently in an onsite environment

* Experience in digital marketing / IT services is an advantage
