Commercial Head

 Commercial Head- Soyabean- Dubai

The Leader will be responsible to lead end-to-end soybean procurement strategy across origins, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply security, and alignment with trading, crushing, and commercial objectives.

Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Commerce, or related field

 (MBA preferred)

12–18 years in agri-commodity procurement/trading, with strong soybean exposure

 Experience in international sourcing is essential

Skills:

Deep understanding of global soybean markets and supply chains

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Exposure to commodity risk management

Leadership and stakeholder management

Strong analytical and decision-making capability
