Industry: Pharmaceutical

Experience: 7-9 years (Import/Export Logistics in Pharma/Chemical required)

Education: Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.

Well-versed with export documentation and government regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor freight costs and negotiate with shipping lines to ensure competitive pricing.

* Coordinate with CHA for timely and accurate documentation and customs compliance.

* Prepare export documents and follow up on GST refunds and government incentives.

* Maintain detailed records of all shipments, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.

* Ensure timely product availability by coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

* Manage warehousing and fulfillment services via third-party logistics partners.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods.

* Maintain strong communication with Vendors, regulatory, internal team and operation team to ensure on-time and accurate delivery.
