We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional, specializing in recruitment and staffing solutions.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

⚡ Joining: 15 day - Immediate

👤 Candidate Preference: Arabic or European nationals preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Develop and expand client base within recruitment and staffing sector

* Generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships

* Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery

* Achieve business development targets and drive revenue growth

✔ Proven experience in business development within recruitment/staffing

✔ Strong UAE market experience and existing client base

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
