We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our retail, project, and facility operations. This role is critical in driving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring cost-effective operations across the organization.

* Manage and streamline daily retail and project operations

* Oversee facility maintenance and ensure site readiness

* Develop, implement, and enhance operational strategies

* Monitor KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement

* Coordinate effectively across departments

* Ensure compliance and manage vendor relationships

🔹 Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations (retail/project experience preferred)

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

* Proficiency in operational tools and software
