MARKETING / BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AND EXECUTIVE

Gulf Group Holding, a well-known name in Ras Al Khaimah for the last 5 decades is a diversified business group. We do business in construction, MEP, Hypermarket retail, Ready mix concrete, Healthcare, explosives, bakery, printing press, and real state.

We are looking to hire for our Hospitals – Zaharawi Hospital and Oraibi Hospital

Vacancies – Marketing / Business Development Manager and Marketing Executive

Location – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Qualification– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience – Previous experience in hospital or healthcare marketing / business development Candidates with digital marketing and social media promotion exposure will have special preference

Other pre-requisites – Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Role-

Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote hospital services and facilities.

Promote the hospital’s specialized treatment units and advanced medical services to corporates, clinics, and referral partners.

Visit clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and community centres to generate business leads.

Build and maintain relationships with doctors, referral partners, and healthcare professionals.

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance visibility of hospital services and specialty departments.

Promote hospital services through professional platforms and medical networks.

Organize health camps, medical awareness programs, and promotional campaigns highlighting specialized treatments.

Identify new business opportunities and corporate tie-ups.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback.

Prepare marketing performance reports and business development updates.
