Requirements:

 • Arabic speaker (mandatory)

 • Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain role

 • Experience in voice and email customer support processes is preferred

 • Strong coordination and communication skills

 • Ability to manage shipment updates, customer queries, and logistics documentation
