Procurement Head

 MyShops UAE is looking for a Procurement Head to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are seeking an experienced procurement leader from the electronics trading or distribution industry who can drive sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, cost optimization, and product availability across our retail and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute procurement strategy aligned with company growth

* Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance management

* Build strong vendor partnerships and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)

* Optimize inventory levels and reduce aging stock risks

* Monitor market trends in electronics, IT, mobile, and appliances

* Track procurement KPIs and drive cost efficiency

You should be having:

* 7–12 years of procurement experience in electronics retail/distribution

* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

* Experience in cost control, inventory optimization, and demand planning

* Knowledge of import regulations and compliance

* Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
