We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic team in Dubai. If you have hands-on experience in IT support and strong troubleshooting skills, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

📅 Duration: 6 Months

💰 Pay Rate: AED 4,000

🚗 Requirement: Must have a valid UAE Driving License & Own Car

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience: 1+ years in a professional IT Support / Help Desk environment

* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Office 365, especially Outlook configuration and troubleshooting

* ITSM Tools: Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, ManageEngine, or Jira Service Management

* Monitoring: Basic understanding of monitoring systems and responding to alerts

* Problem Solving: Structured and methodical troubleshooting approach

🔹 Soft Skills

* Ability to explain technical issues in simple language for end users

* Strong time management and ticket prioritization skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork
