Mindfire Technologies LLC – a leading Cybersecurity, Managed Security Services (MSSP), GRC, Cloud, and Digital Transformation provider in the Middle East and Africa – is expanding our Abu Dhabi operations!


With state-of-the-art Cyber Defense Centers in Dubai Internet City, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh, we deliver global-standard security solutions to enterprises, government, and critical infrastructure clients across the region.


We are now looking for results-driven Business Development Executives and Managers to join our growth journey.


Position:

Business Development Executive / Manager – Cybersecurity & GRC (Abu Dhabi Focus)


Role Overview:

You will be a customer hunter, responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing new enterprise customers in the Abu Dhabi market. Your focus will be on our core offerings: Cybersecurity solutions, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Managed Security Services, Consulting, and related digital security services.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and hunt for new enterprise opportunities in Abu Dhabi

Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, IT Heads, Risk/Compliance leaders, and decision-makers

Understand client security and compliance challenges and position Mindfire’s comprehensive solutions


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams for seamless proposal-to-implementation handoff


Who We’re Looking For (Two Experience Levels):

2–3 years of relevant Business Development / Enterprise Sales experience OR

5–10 years of proven experience in the same field


Must-have:

Strong existing network and deep market knowledge of the Abu Dhabi enterprise landscape (essential)

Background in selling IT, Cybersecurity, GRC, Risk Management, or Technology Consulting services (highly preferred)

Self-motivated “hunter” mindset with a track record of closing deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
