 Job Title: Executive Secretary to CEO

Location: Doha

Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic & English

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO

Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and appointments

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Handle confidential information with discretion

Coordinate internal and external communications

Arrange travel, meetings, and events

Follow up on tasks and ensure timely execution

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with senior executives or CEOs

Knowledge of business etiquette and corporate practices in Qatar

Salary :  as per the experience

Working hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm
