Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage ICU nursing staff to ensure high-quality care

🔹 Oversee daily ICU operations, patient safety, and compliance

🔹 Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

🔹 Drive quality improvement and staff development initiatives

🔹 Maintain adherence to hospital and international nursing standards

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Registered Nurse with valid DHA license or eligibility

✅ Strong background in ICU nursing (minimum 06 years)

✅ Proven leadership or supervisory experience

✅ Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills
