 Catering Operations Manager | UAE

We are looking for an experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee and manage catering operations across multiple business verticals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee end-to-end catering operations (industrial & hospitality)

* Manage site operations, staff deployment & daily service delivery

* Ensure food quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction

* Control operational costs, manpower planning & inventory

* Coordinate with clients, vendors & internal teams

* Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

🔹 Requirements:

* Proven experience in catering or food service operations

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

* Knowledge of UAE catering standards (preferred)

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites
