The Nursery Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operations of the nursery. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with EYFS standards and local regulatory requirements. The Nursery Manager leads the team, supports children’s development, builds strong parent relationships, and ensures a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Management

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery

* Lead, motivate, and manage teaching and support staff

* Conduct staff appraisals, observations, and professional development plans

* Ensure staff ratios are maintained at all times

* Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in the education sector

* CACHE Level 5 certification

* Proven track record in achieving enrollment targets

* Bachelor’s degree in Education

* Familiarity with Montessori / Reggio / EYFS frameworks

* Business Development experience will be an added advantage
