We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end shipment operations, coordinating with clients and carriers, and ensuring smooth and timely cargo movement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

> Handle daily shipment operations for air, sea, and land freight.

> Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.

> Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.).

> Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.

> Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.

> Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

> Maintain accurate records in the system and prepare operational reports.
