 Hiring: Head of Partnerships

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead the development and execution of high-impact partnerships across local, regional, and international platforms. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven leader with strong experience in international relations, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development within the humanitarian or development sector.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and lead a comprehensive international relations and partnerships strategy to strengthen global collaboration and expand strategic alliances 

-Identify, build, and manage partnerships with government entities, private sector organizations, NGOs, and international institutions 

-Lead negotiations and execution of partnership agreements, including Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) 

-Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Partnerships Department 

-Oversee the implementation and performance of partnerships, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery 

-Supervise the design and execution of joint humanitarian and development initiatives 

-Represent the organization in international forums, conferences, and strategic meetings 

-Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international organizations and donors 

-Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on externally funded projects 

-Review and analyze partnership and international cooperation reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations 

-Ensure alignment of policies, procedures, and practices with international standards and best practices 

-Maintain an up-to-date database of partners and stakeholders 

-Prepare high-level analytical and strategic reports to support leadership decision-making 

Qualifications & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree in International Relations, International Studies, Non-Profit Management, or a related field is preferred 

-Minimum 10 years of experience in partnerships, international relations, or a similar role 

-Proven experience in stakeholder management, partnership development, and negotiations 

-Strong understanding of international development and humanitarian sector dynamics 

-Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills 

-Fluent in English and Arabic preferred
