Admin Coordinator

 Innovations Global, a UAE-based talent solutions and HR outsourcing provider, is seeking an HR & Admin Coordinator to support DMCC-licensed operations and administrative functions.


Requirements:

 • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR & Admin roles 

 • Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law 

 • Experience in DMCC Free Zone operations is mandatory 

 • Capable of handling visas, payroll support, compliance 

 • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 


Responsibilities:

 • Manage HR functions related to DMCC Free Zone compliance, visas, and payroll support 

 • Handle office administration and day-to-day operations 

 • Ensure HR and admin processes run smoothly and in compliance with DMCC / UAE law 

 • Liaise with relevant government authorities on Free Zone matters
