Operations Manager – Limousine.

We are a leading limousine and luxury transport company, committed to delivering premium services to our valued clients. To expand our operations and ensure efficient fleet management, we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee day-to-day operations of the limousine and luxury transport business.

Manage and optimize fleet performance, including scheduling, maintenance, and utilization.

Ensure full compliance with RTA rules and regulations.

Lead, train, and supervise chauffeurs and operational staff.

Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with the sales and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Prepare and present operational reports and performance insights to management.

Requirements:


Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in operations management within the limousine / luxury transport industry.

In-depth knowledge of RTA regulations and licensing requirements.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Hands-on experience in fleet management and operational planning.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
