 Hiring: FM CRM Supervisor/Customer Relationship Manager

 

We’re looking for a CRM Supervisor with Facilities Management experience to lead our CRM initiatives, manage a team, and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

▫️ Lead and coach the CRM team.

▫️ Manage CRM systems and campaigns (email, SMS, loyalty, etc.).

▫️ Ensure data accuracy & compliance.

▫️ Analyze customer insights (CLV, churn, ROI).

▫️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

▫️ Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Analytics.

▫️ 5–7 years CRM/loyalty experience (with team lead exposure).

▫️ Strong data & reporting skills.

▫️ Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

▫️ Excellent communication & project management skills.
