Location: DIP, Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,500 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. If you have a strong background in construction, fit-out, joinery, or woodwork projects, and are confident handling project-based financials, this could be your next career move.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue project invoices (advance, progress, and retention-based)

Track project-related expenses and payments

Maintain accurate SOAs for clients and suppliers

Coordinate with procurement for purchase order generation

Monitor cash flow and prepare forecast reports

Follow up on payments and manage collections

Oversee inventory movement and documentation

Assist in monthly reporting and audits

Prepare financials for project handovers or certifications

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in joinery/fit-out accounting

Deep understanding of project-based accounting & payment terms

Proficient in Excel and accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or Xero

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
