We’re looking for an organized and proactive HR Admin to support our HR team and ensure smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

2. Handle payroll, benefits, and HR documentation.

3. Provide general administrative support (scheduling, filing, etc.).

4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain office order.

5. Coordinate meetings and assist with day-to-day office tasks.


Requirements:

* 1–2 years of HR/Admin experience.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

* Knowledge of HR policies and office admin tasks.
