HR Officer

 We're Hiring: HR Officer (UAE)

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

💼 Industry: Manufacturing / Construction / Industrial

🕒 Experience: 3–5 years in HR (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors)

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment and workforce planning with the HR & Admin Manager

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies

Prepare manpower reports, track probation, and maintain HR documentation

Liaise with PRO for visa processing and government-related matters

Assist in payroll and employee benefits administration

Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data confidentiality

Respond to employee queries and support grievance resolution

Maintain training records and support evaluation processes

Handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism
