Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Certifications in L&D, Training, or Talent Management (e.g., CPLP, SHRM, Train the Trainer, etc.) are a plus
Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and Gap Analysis
Hands-on experience in designing and facilitating soft skills, leadership, and behavioral training
Experience in performance management, PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), and employee engagement initiatives
Background in succession planning and competency framework development
Skills:
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to use LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Ability to measure and report on training effectiveness using relevant KPIs
