As part of our group’s rapid transformation, we are urgently looking to hire a Senior HR Officer / HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Abu Dhabi immediately.

🛠 Scope:

 This is a strategic and operational role covering Bravacasa Interiors & Andalusia Holding Group, driving HR operations, onboarding, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

 ✅ Bilingual (Arabic & English)

 ✅ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law

 ✅ Experience in construction / fit-out / holding companies

 ✅ Confident personality with problem-solving & negotiation skills

 ✅ Proven expertise in payroll, onboarding, compliance & employee relations
