🔹 HR Recruiter (Retail Experience – Mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of proven retail industry experience (this is a must).

Expertise in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Strong ability to manage bulk recruitment and frontline retail staffing.

Skilled in using job portals, social media, and talent databases to attract top candidates.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.

🔹 HR Assistant.

Responsible for HR operations support, employee records, documentation, and coordination.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Eager to learn and support the HR function.
