At MOBH Holding Group, we believe that great companies are built by great people. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruitment Officer to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent.

What You’ll Do

* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

* Advertise vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media.

* Conduct CV screening and initial interviews.

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔️ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

✔️ Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Experience with recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.

✔️ Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple vacancies.
