Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations

 ✔️ Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments

 ✔️ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions

 ✔️ Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

 ✔️ Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and MIS using Microsoft Office

 ✔️ Follow up proactively to ensure timely completion and closure of customer requirements

 ✔️ Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Has 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Sales Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar role

 ✅ Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)

 ✅ Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 ✅ Is a strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments

 ✅ Can multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment

 ✅ Performs well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines

 ✅ Has a strong closure attitude, ensuring tasks and customer requests are followed through to completion

 ✅ Is passionate, proactive, energetic, and a go-getter with a customer-first mindset

 ✅ Demonstrates excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
