Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in ICT Managed Services? We're looking for a customer-focused professional who can drive service excellence, manage critical incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-quality ICT services.

🔹 What we're looking for:

 

✅ Proven experience in ICT/Managed Services

✅ Strong customer & stakeholder management skills

✅ ITIL & ITSM expertise (ServiceNow preferred)

✅ Experience with Major Incident, Problem & Change Management

✅ Good understanding of Azure, Cloud, Infrastructure, Network & Security technologies

 ✅ Experience in SLA governance, service reviews, and continuous service improvement
