Vacant Position: Pre-Sales Technical Support

Job Description: 

1.Together with sales manager visit customer, help introduce LED display product features, technical proposal, BOQ, explain big screen project design technical details, answer customer’s questions

2.Doing product demonstration & training for end user, distributor, system integrator

3.Use AutoCAD software to design LED screen project for various vertical industry scenarios

4.When customer visit product showroom responsible for introduction

5.Collect customer voice, offer suggestions to product design team

6.May few business trip within country or nearby countries

Requirements:

1.Must good writing & spoken English, all company product files are English only, need often communication with Chinese colleges

2.Experiences in LED,audiovisual, security,system integration is prefer

3.Familiar with display technology and AutoCAD software,NovaStar controller technology, mechanical parts is prefr

4.With 5 to 15 years working experience
