We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Purchase Executive – Marketing & Events to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a procurement professional with hands-on experience in marketing materials, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate activities, with strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement for marketing materials, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate activities.

Source and negotiate with suppliers for printing, branding, promotional materials, corporate gifts, fabrication, signage, displays, and event requirements.

Procure event-related requirements including booths, stages, AV, lighting, furniture, branding, decorations, manpower, and logistics.

Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate competitive pricing, and prepare purchase orders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing suppliers, event agencies, printers, fabricators, and promotional merchandise vendors.

Coordinate closely with Marketing, Events, Finance, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining required quality and branding standards.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

3–7 years of relevant procurement experience.

Proven experience in Marketing & Event Procurement is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience with roadshows, exhibitions, corporate events, launches, branding, printing, fabrication, and promotional materials.

Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Good commercial awareness and cost-control mindset.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

UAE experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience dealing with event agencies, printing companies, exhibition contractors, branding/fabrication companies, and promotional merchandise suppliers will be a strong advantage.
