HR Executive

Rajha Real Estate Brokers LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and corporate positions.

Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.

Handle job postings and recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, leave records.

Maintain employee records and recruitment reports.

Support HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR experience.

Mandatory experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai.

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment/job portals.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.

Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
